The 1st CISE Stakeholder Group (CSG) meeting took place at EMSA, in Lisbon, on 15 May 2019. It brought together 23 CSG Member States and institutions, building the bridge between the concluded test bed project EUCISE2020 and the transitional phase to be coordinated by EMSA. The members were presented the current state of play of CISE, looking back to when the idea started ten years ago, then focusing on the transitional phase which objective is to take CISE forward in a solid framework making it operational by 2021. The CSG approved the Work Breakdown Structure and the plan to implement the CISE Transitional Phase activities.
