The Annual Strategic Plan is the strategic document approved by the Steering Committee which serves as the basis for the development of the Annual Implementation Plan, defining in detail the activities that each agency will implement under the coast guard cooperation framework during the respective year. These activities are then included in the Single Programming Documents of each Agency (SPD).
A review of the results achieved within the framework of the cooperation and in accordance with the relative Annual Strategic Plan is carried out every year by the three agencies. Subsequently, the outcomes of the report are included in the respective Consolidated Annual Activity Reports (CAAR).
