Description of the action: RuleCheck was initially developed a supporting tool for PSCOs under different regimes. It contains all rules and procedures which apply to ships to be inspected, based on the ship type and age. The availability of International Maritime Organisation (IMO) and International Labour Organisation (ILO) conventions and resolutions, the easy accessibility of their content leads to improvements in the effectiveness and consistency the flag State activities including monitoring of Recognised Organisations.
