The 2nd Maritime Coast Guard Functions Forum Secretariat Meeting was hosted by EMSA on June 6 with the participation of the Secretariat Members of Turkey (Chair 2017), Italy (Chair 2016) and France (Chair to be, 2018) and the EMSA, EFCA and FRONTEX representatives as observers. The main objective of the meeting was to work on the proposed draft agenda for the Plenary Meeting in Antalya 12-13 October 2017. A structure comprising of an opening session and 4 additional sessions was agreed. The prospect of having Morocco as co-chair with France for the two-year period 2018-2019 was also explored. The Secretariat proposed EMSA to provide technical support for the MCGFF website.
