With regard to the suitability of tenderer’s key persons referred to in paragraph 13.3.2 of the Tender Specifications, it is clarified that the Maritime Expert or equivalent profile (subject matter expert) shall not be included in the proposed project’s team as part of the Selection criteria (Technical and Professional capacity). A subject matter expert will be provided by EMSA to follow the development of the project.
