Service Contract for Aerial Application of Dispersant Services
-Corrigendum published and deadline extended-
The aim of this procurement procedure is to provide the means for timely and effective aerial oil dispersant application in the event of a request for assistance by a coastal State. EMSA aims to establish na aerial dispersant application service with private or public entities in order to guarantee, on a short term basis, the availability of one or two airplanes together with on-board crew qualified for performing dispersant spraying operations. The airplane(s) shall be equipped with dispersant application system(s) and all the necessary accessories required for loading and spraying dispersant during oil spill response operations.

This corrigendum in particular :
- extends the deadline for submission of requests originally set on 10 February 2014 and foresees a new deadline on 20 March 2014;
- corrects the text of the selection criterion in point 12.6 d) of the "Description of Needs and Requirements".
