The Marine Intervention in Chemical Emergencies (MAR-ICE) service consists of a network of experts established by EMSA in cooperation with the European Chemical Industry Council (Cefic) and the Centre for Documentation, Research and Experimentation on Accidental Water Pollution (Cedre).
