In order to strengthen its response capacity network EMSA announces the launch of a procurement procedure to contract new oil recovery vessels. The geographical areas concerned are: Atlantic Coast; Northern Black Sea; Channel and Southern North Sea; Northern North Sea and Norwegian Sea.
